Legal Policy

Localicelo.com is a Free Auction Website. Anyone buying or selling on Localicelo.com must be at least 18 years of age. All listings and bids are considered legal binding contracts between the purchaser and the seller. The winning bid goes to the highest bidder and payment must be made within the time as listed by the seller. All violations must be reported to us immediately. Localicelo.com does not guarantee payment will be completed, but localicelo.com will take necessary steps to contact the winning bidder to resolve the issue or suspend or remove the seller’s account. Sellers are listing items at their own risk.
None of these contracts will be between localicelo.com and either the buyer or the seller, but we will make attempts to resolve any issues between buyers and sellers. Localicelo.com is only providing this site to conduct these auctions.
