Terms and Conditions
(ABOUT US)
Localicelo is a Free online auction where sellers can post items (no listing fee and includes 1 free photo up to 500kb) for FREE. Additional options are available for additional fees. Localicelo.com is not liable for the validity of items that are offered through this website, however, Localicelo.com reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms and conditions and/or suspend or remove a users account.
(LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT)
Anyone buying or selling on Localicelo.com must be at least 18 years of age. All listings and bids are considered legal binding contracts between the purchaser and the seller. The winning bid goes to the highest bidder and payment must be made within the time as listed by the seller. All violations must be reported to us immediately. Localicelo.com does not guarantee payment will be completed, but localicelo.com will take necessary steps to contact the winning bidder to resolve the issue or suspend or remove the sellers account. Sellers are listing items at their own risk.
None of these contracts will be between localicelo.com and either the buyer or the seller, but we will make attempts to resolve any issues between buyers and sellers. Localicelo.com is only providing this site to conduct these auctions.
(PROHIBITED ITEMS)
We don't allow items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual, or religious intolerance, or promote organizations with such views.Well also remove listings that graphically portray graphic violence or victims of violence, unless they have substantial social, artistic, or political value.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines and DO NOT include any of these prohibited items. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to suspension of your account.
Prohibited items:
Adult Only items (including items with nudity or pornographic material
The use of spam, pyramid systems and similar unfair marketing practices is prohibited
alcohol (including fermented malt beverages, beer, wine, liquor, etc).
animals and wildlife products examples include live animals, mounted specimens, and ivory
cell phone (wireless) service contracts
charity or fundraising listings
counterfeit currency and stamps
credit cards
currency, selling
drugs and drug paraphernalia
drugs, describing drugs or drug-like substances
embargoed goods and prohibited countries examples include items from Cuba
firearms, weapons, and knives examples include pepper spray, replicas, ammunition, and stun guns
food and healthcare items
government documents, IDs, and licenses
government, transit, and shipping-related items examples include airplane operations manuals, subway employee uniforms, and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mailbags
hazardous materials examples include batteries, fireworks, and refrigerants
human parts and remains
importation of goods into the United States examples include CDs that were intended only for distribution in a certain country
international trading
items encouraging illegal activity examples include an eBook describing how to manufacture drugs
lockpicking devices
lottery tickets
medical devices examples include contact lenses, pacemakers, and surgical instruments
offensive material examples include ethnically or racially offensive material and Nazi memorabilia
pesticides
prescription drugs
prohibited services
recalled items
stocks and other securities
stolen property and property with removed serial numbers
tobacco products
(SAFETY GUIDELINES)
DO NOT provide anyone with any of your personal information and NEVER SEND PAYMENTS THROUGH WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM as they may be fraudulent. Please report any of these requests to us immediately.
Watch out for websites that look similar to this website that have a different URL other than http://www.localicelo.com as they may be fraudulent.
Localicelo.com will never contact you to ask you for personal information to verify your account. If you are ever contacted with these requests, please report them to us immediately at admin@localicelo.com.
Do not follow any directions from anyone sending you an email from other than admin@localicelo.com. They may be fraudulent.
(SELLERS)
Sellers are responsible for monitoring their account activity and may make changes, including removing active listings. The seller determines the starting bid price, the bid increment and the shipping costs. Decisions of the sellers may not be challenged. Sellers may not use localicelo.com to direct people from purchases outside of Localicelo.com.
All sellers must agree not to post items on the prohibited items list and all sellers are responsible for obtaining their own photos for the listings and the basic listing includes 1 free photo up to 500kb in size. Sellers are responsible for all copyrights associated with those pictures. Sellers may purchase up to 3 addition photos for an additional fee.
It is recommended that all sellers use our feedback system to allow others to view comments you have regarding a certain bidder or buyer.
(BUYERS - BIDDERS)
Potential bidders are purchasing items at their own risk. Localicelo.com will not be responsible for false description of items, but Sellers are required to list items as accurately as possible. If a person receives 3 consecutive feedbacks from violating these terms and conditions, the account may be suspended or closed, once the violations have been reported to us. We do ask that any sellers who appear to be selling fraudulent or prohibited items to be reported to us at admin@localicelo.com.
Buyers must never accept purchases that re-direct you outside of Localicelo.com. The buyer is also responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs as listed by the seller. It is recommended that all buyers use our feedback system to allow others to view comments you have regarding a certain seller.
(ADVERTISERS)
All advertisers must provide their own photo and are responsible for all copyrights associated with those pictures. Advertisers are also responsible for keeping their account replenished with credits in order to advertise. Advertisers may not direct visitors of Localicelo.com websites that contain nudity, pornographic material, hate crimes, illegal content or any items that may be included in the prohibited section of these terms and conditions. Localicelo.com reserves the right to remove these advertisement and/or close the account REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY VIOLATIONS.
(LITIGATION)
Buyers or sellers cannot hold localicelo.com accountable for any fraudulent activity that may occur. It is the responsibility of the sellers and the buyers to review the safety guidelines to minimize any fraudulent activity. All buyers and sellers are responsible for their own legal action. If you find yourself a victim to fraudulent activity, please contact your local law enforcement agency to file a police report.
